We’re looking for a Trainee Customer Associate
The post is Permanent, Full time
You’ll be a professional, dedicated and team orientated person. You’ll be working throughout our administration offices so that you’re thoroughly grounded in the printing and binding processes going on in our factory. Joining a very busy Customer Services department, you’ll be processing customer purchase orders and ensuring their timely progression, providing the highest levels of service to our discerning customers and field sales team.
Through continuous improvement and support, our aim is a totally customer focused and team working environment.
Principal duties include:
– Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing price, turnaround and order information as required
– Processing a large variety of order types for our UK and occasional international customers using our IT systems
– Using sound troubleshooting skills, dealing with and resolving production issues acting as a the go-to person between internal production management and the client
– Liaising with Customer accounts departments to resolve invoice queries
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and administration skills, together with meticulous attention to detail and competency in ICT e.g. Excel, Word. They should have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for their work with a ‘root cause’ approach to resolving issues.
Full training will be provided plus regular reviews with a view to progression through the customer-facing side of our company.
